Refund Policy
Returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase without penalty and without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, in order to obtain a refund of the purchase price.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete with all labels, tags, and any accessories (such as certificate of authenticity and warranty), and must be sent back in intact shipment packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Labile Srls within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by contacting Customer Service at:

From the date of notification, the Customer will have 14 days to return the product, sending it to the address indicated on the return label.
If the return does not meet the criteria specified in this policy, it will not be accepted. In such cases, the returned products will be sent back to the Customer without any refund.
Please note: For personalized or made‑to‑measure items, once the order is confirmed it cannot be canceled or modified. The sale of these products is final and they are not eligible for return.
Refund
The refund of the amount paid depends on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase:
- Bank Transfer: The refund will be made to the same bank account/IBAN used for the payment;
- PayPal: The refund will be processed via PayPal within 24 hours from the email confirmation of the return acceptance;
- Credit Card: The refund will be credited exclusively to the card used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear on the account depends on the card issuer.
Labile Srls will proceed with the refund of the amount related to the cost of the goods shipped, in compliance with applicable laws (within 14 days), but only after receiving the returned products and verifying that all requirements have been met.
Refunds will not be made to cards different from those used for the purchase, nor will refunds be possible via bank transfer to accounts different from the one used for payment (applicable only in case of bank transfer payment).
The refund does not include shipping costs incurred for the return of the products.
