Shipping and Payment
Delivery Policy
The products purchased will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer in the Order within 12 business days (and in any case no later than 30 days) from the confirmation of the Order by Labile Srls, at the cost indicated on the Website prior to finalizing the Order.
Labile Srls reserves the right to accept or decline orders for delivery outside of Italian or European borders. In any case, for shipments outside of Italy, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
The delivery times indicated by Labile Srls are purely indicative. Any delays or partial shipments do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or to request compensation or damages.
Upon receiving the goods, the Customer must verify that:

the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated on the shipping document;

the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way, including the sealing materials such as adhesive tape or metal straps.
Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or information, must be immediately reported by noting it on the delivery document, which must then be returned to the courier.
Issues concerning the physical integrity, conformity, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
